Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mBitcoin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered account holders, and API users. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all local laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any 2FA devices. mBitcoin cannot recover accounts where credentials were shared or compromised through user action.

You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on mBitcoin — including the trading interface, algorithms, branding, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of mBitcoin Finance Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

mBitcoin is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network outages beyond our control, or user error. Cryptocurrency trading carries inherent financial risk.

Our total liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the fees you paid to mBitcoin in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party payment processors, blockchain networks, and analytics tools. mBitcoin is not responsible for the performance or policies of these external services.

Security Obligations

You must enable two-factor authentication to access withdrawal functions. Any security vulnerability you discover must be reported to info@mbitcoin.finance and not disclosed publicly before a fix is deployed.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of all crypto assets held in your mBitcoin account. We act as a custodian, not a beneficial owner. You may withdraw your assets at any time subject to applicable verification.

Changes to Terms

mBitcoin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will receive 14 days' notice of material changes via email before the new terms take effect.
